Composite Materials
Composites give freedom of form: lightweight, strong and visually premium products for transport, interiors and art objects.
Core materials
- carbon fiber
- aramid / kevlar
- fiberglass
- epoxy resin
- sandwich panels
- clear coat

Carbon Fiber
For premium parts, lightweight structures and products with a strong sporting DNA.
- Automotive: body kits, splitters, diffusers, air ducts and interior trims.
- Interior: tables, chairs, office desks and decorative panels.
- Finish: gloss, matte lacquer, colored carbon and tinted clear coat.
- Suitable for small-batch products and individual bespoke orders.
Carbon work
- interior parts
- exterior body kit
- furniture
- panels
- decorative elements

Aramid / Kevlar
Aramid fabrics are used where impact resistance, strength and a technical visual accent matter.
- A carbon and aramid hybrid can be used for decorative and protective parts.
- The yellow-gold shade of aramid fabric supports the premium Qajar palette.
- Applications: panels, reinforcements, protective elements, inner layers and design surfaces.
- Optimal for products with higher impact loads and a bespoke look.
Possible products
- protective panels
- colored weave
- reinforcements
- hybrid parts
- decorative layers

Fiberglass & Hybrids
The most flexible material for large forms, molds, body panels, hulls and complex interior decor.
- Body panels, retro car replicas and custom shells.
- Boats, consoles, covers, panels, hulls and yacht elements.
- Furniture and art objects with complex geometry.
- Forms and molds for further production of carbon or hybrid parts.
Fiberglass work
- molds
- master models
- hulls
- panels
- large forms

Hybrid Systems
Hybrid systems combine fabrics, resins, sandwich panels and finishes, so one part can take the strengths of several materials.
Core materials
- carbon fiber
- aramid / kevlar
- fiberglass
- epoxy resin
- sandwich panels
- clear coat

Materials Questions
Choosing a material, finishes and how parts are made.
Carbon gives minimal weight and high rigidity for premium, sporty parts. Aramid (Kevlar) adds impact resistance and a golden technical look. Fiberglass is the flexible base for large forms, bodies, hulls and molds. Hybrid systems combine them.
Qajar finishes carbon in gloss, matte lacquer, colored carbon and tinted clear coat.
Hand layup, vacuum bagging, resin infusion and post-cure, with CNC / 3D master models and a final finish of trimming, clear coat and polishing.
Yes. Qajar makes master models and molds, including fiberglass forms used for further production of carbon or hybrid parts.
